Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and bill/invoice must be included.

• Swimwear
• Customized / Altered products
• Items sold under clearance sale

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued after product inspection
• Refund amount will be credited to original payment method
• Processing time: 5 – 7 working days

Exchange

You may request an exchange for size or product variant (subject to availability).

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation will not be accepted.
